Office/Community Manager

Audicus is a rapidly growing healthcare startup based in downtown Manhattan. We’re changing lives by offering affordable hearing aids online. We're looking for a super organized, enthusiastic candidate to join our team as an office/community manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in joining a startup and growing with the company. You’ll ensure the office is always running smoothly, the environment is positive and comfortable, and the team is happy. As one of the most visible members of the organization, you'll play an integral role and interact with every department on a daily basis.

Some things you'll do: 
> Assist with recruitment: list job postings, screen candidates, arrange interviews, attend career fairs 
> Plan holiday parties and team events (including those around birthdays, work anniversaries, company milestones) 
> Manage supplies for office, kitchen, conference room and team specific needs including maintaining a general cleanliness 
> Greet clients, candidates, and visitors 
> Schedule meetings 
> Onboard new hires 
> Minor bookkeeping including expense reports, invoices, and payments 
> Support customer feedback, including: focus group recruitment, surveys, etc. 
> Make recommendations to management based on employee requests and concerns 
> Be the cultural center of the team

You must: 
> Be extremely organized and detail oriented 
> Possess a "no task is too small" attitude 
> Have an entrepreneurial spirit and want to grow with the company 
> Have previous administrative experience
