The Client Services Specialist position is a mix of Customer Experience and Sales functions, both of which are vital to the success of Audicus. This entry-level opportunity is perfect for an energetic, self-starter who wants to join a fast-growing startup and become an instrumental part of the company. This role owns the post-sale journey of our customers, through their 45-day trial period, as well as support other Customer Service initiatives of the team. Your role will be focused on developing relationships, providing support and problem solving issues to ensure satisfaction with the product and company. The role will also support our Inbound Sales team, with a 75% Customer Success vs. 25% Sales mix of responsibilities.

We strive to deliver a flawless online experience to customers, and this will become your specialty. We'll show you the ropes, but will ultimately need someone who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and who can help build our brand through amazing customer service. We are looking for a rock star who can take ownership of his or her responsibilities and become a key element of our team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver above-and-beyond customer experience through phone, email, and online chat
  • Develop & deliver on strategies to increase retention of your clients
  • Become an expert in our internal technology systems and help streamline our processes
  • Provide feedback to other areas of the business, such as logistics, marketing, and business development
  • Be adaptable and ready to wear many different hats (after all, we are a startup)
